Is InvestPoint an Forex and Crypto Scam broker?
Nexus LLC owns InvestPoint, an offshore online trading company. The owner is located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines which is a well-known, unregulated area. The Forex market has been unsupervised since February 2021 when the FSA directive was implemented. All brokers must obtain a license from local authorities.
InvestPoint should therefore be regulated in the Tier1 area, along with the FCA and ASIC. CONSOB is another example. We searched many databases but found no results. This firm is not licensed.
Leverage is another proof of our claims. The European Securities and Markets Authority states that any broker offering services within the EEA area must keep the leverage limit at 1:30. Broker InvestPoint allows ten times more leverage, at 1:300.
After presenting all facts, it is clear that investing with this fraudster will not bring you any good. In the event of wrongdoing, you cannot count on financial Ombudsman assistance or compensation funds.
InvestPoint is not a trading brokerage. The company is located offshore and does not hold any financial licenses. You should not trust this company if you read negative reviews.
Where is InvestPoint Trading Scam Active?
The InvestPoint trading fraud is well-known in these countries:
- Germany
- Canada
- France
- Romania
- Netherlands
This brokerage was active since April 2022, but has not been detected by authorities. Your report could be the difference between success and failure, so make sure to file an InvestPoint complaint as soon as possible.
Beware of scammers like Lexington Plus, EMConsulting, and Gitex Capital. Please tell us about any scams you have experienced.
What trading platforms are available? – Trading Software
InvestPoint Forex broker offers WebTrader, desktop and mobile app access. The web version of both apps is used, so they do not have any special features.
Unfortunately, this brokerage does not offer access to third-party trading platforms such as MT4,MT5, or CTrader. These software are among the safest and most reliable, with the largest number of TAs.
What products does InvestPoint offer? InvestPoint offers Trading Assets
Although we agree that you have access to a large number of trading assets, you must pay. You can only trade FX with the Starting account, but you will need to upgrade to access other assets.
You can access all markets from the Gold account.
- FX pairs – EUR/USD, CAD/JPY, USD/NOK
- Indices – DJIA, FTSE100, NIKKEI225
- Shares – Alibaba, Amazon and Netflix
- Commodities – gold, silver and wheat
- Cryptocurrencies – DOGE, SHIBA, USDC
Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.

Protection of Negative Balance
Negative balance protection protects retail traders from losing more than they have deposited. If you make a bad trade, and your balance drops to zero, your account will be closed.
This feature is not available from all brokers. Scammers like InvestPoint want to trap their investors, so they allow trading accounts to go in minus.
InvestPoint Demo Account – Can I Trade For Free?
The InvestPoint Demo account cannot be used. Deposit the money to test the system.
Scammers offer negative balance protection but avoid it because it would allow investors to think before they decide to stop depositing. Instead, you are pushed into the lion’s hole.
What is a chargeback?
Chargebacks are a way for your bank to recover funds from the merchant. We recommend that you contact us immediately to begin the process. We will have a free consultation to discuss how we can recover your money right away!
