Is TrustGates A Scam Broker to Avoid?
We were first concerned by the absence of T&C. Every trader should have clear fees and commissions. Also, each trader should be able to file a complaint if anything goes wrong.
TrustGates broker won’t give you such an opportunity. Although the firm is said to be based in Germany or the UAE, it does not have the appropriate licenses.
We don’t know anything about the owner of the company. Even if you were to file a legal action against the company owner, there is no one you can name.
This all indicates that TrustGates Forex broker can’t be trusted and it’s best to avoid.
TrustGates is an unlicensed Forex trading platform and CFD trading broker. Although the company is said to have offices in Dubai and Berlin, it has not been licensed by either the DFSA nor BaFin. There are many fraud reports and the consumer index is low.
False Claims about Regulation – A License Doesn’t Exist
According to the website, 16 offices around the world offer support in multiple languages. However, they don’t have a phone number or online chat for them to reach them.
There is also a claim that TrustGates regulations were with the UK authorities in Estonia, Cyprus and Australia.
We found nothing in the registers of FCA and FI, CySEC and ASIC.
Are TrustGates Trading Scams Active?
Since June of this year, the TrustGates trading fraud has been in operation. Since then, many have been defrauded by the brokerage. According to complaints, most victims are from:
- Germany
- US
The company claims to have global presence and is licensed to trick customers into fraud. Do not fall for this.
What are the Trading Platforms?
You must open an account to gain access to TrustGates’ trading platform. We are unable to comment on the investment process as we have not been able to make any investments with a scheme company. However, we can say that the platform works online. We are unable to comment on features and tools.
Instead of trusting a brokerage to provide reliable trading solutions, look for a legitimate company that offers MT4 and MT5. This will ensure that you get the best trading software and the highest level of fund security.
How do I download the TrustGates mobile trading app?
This trading company does not have a mobile app. Only a mobile web browser is required to log into TrustGates from Android or iOS devices. You should also avoid this. You can be sure of a mobile app and easy trading when you choose MetaTrader broker.
What can I trade with a broker?
Broker TrustGates offers a wide range of trading assets. We can access different parts of the website to get various information. It states that customers have access to all markets.
- Currency pairs: AUD/CAD USD/ILS TRY/ZAR
- Indices – Dow Jones S&P500, and NASDAQ
- Shares – Amazon, Asus and Nvidia
- Commodities – corn, natural gas, palladium
- Cryptocurrencies – SHIBA, MATIC, SOL
- ETFs, SPDR S&P500 – iShares Gold
We cannot however confirm this without having access to a trading platform.
What can I trade with a TrustGates Demo account?
TrustGates account types don’t exist. If you wish to try the broker’s platform, you will need to make an initial deposit. A TrustGates Demo account that is risk-free is not available.
You don’t have to deposit the money. Instead, you can choose to work with regulated brokers. You can try their platform free of charge, with a minimum deposit starting at $5.
Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.

Is TrustGates Welcome Bonus Available?
TrustGates requires a minimum deposit of $250. The company offers a 100% welcome bonus for deposits below $250. Incentives are not always free. They are used by scheme firms to stop you withdrawing money.
We don’t have any T&Cs or TrustGates bonus policies so we can’t confirm the amount of this welcome bonus. It won’t come cheap, but it will be worth it.
What is a chargeback?
