Dualix Regulation? Dualix Regulation – What Does It Mean?
Maxiflex Ltd also owns the Maxigrid, EuropeFX and AGM Markets brands. The broker held a valid CySEC licence until last year. You can still find it on its website.
Maxiflex Ltd was suspended after it was fined 75,000 EUR in March 2013 for continuing to engage in fraudulent activities. What does this mean for Maxiflex Ltd’s brands?
What is wrong with a trading license?
Dualix’s regulation by CySEC had been temporarily suspended. The broker was given a maximum of 30 days to stop any fraudulent activity. The licenses for Dualix, AMG Markets and EuropeCapitalGroup were revoked. EuropeStocks, EuropeFX and EuropeCapitalGroup are still suspended.
CySEC declared that the license was revoked because the broker appeared to “conduct business or to be engaged in conducting business and/or the facilitation of business which is not stated in its authorisation.”
Warnings Against Dualix Fraud
Dualix complained to the UK FCA even before CySEC withdrew their license.
FCA Issues Official Warning – Evidence of Fraud
Maxiflex Ltd was banned from operating in the UK according to the FCA. The company had been using fake ads featuring celebrities to promote its website. Although the FCA did not disclose who celebrities were used, they stated that it was all fake promotion. The company also provided high-risk CFD investments that were not in compliance with regulatory regulations.
Are Dualix Trading Scams Active?
Our investigation has revealed that Dualix is mostly active in the UK, and Cyprus. The FCA stated that the company was promoting itself as a cryptocurrency service provider to celebrities in the UK, and that is how they target clients.
We are certain that the Dualix broker should lose its license. Therefore, we advise you to be more cautious with this company.
Dualix Trading Reviews – What traders are saying
Dualix reviews had been negative even before CySEC withdrew their license. Many clients complained that they were lured into the scheme by false advertisements and promised profits. After losing their licenses, clients realized that they weren’t obligated to comply with any rules or approve withdrawal requests.
What trading platforms are available? Trading Software
Dualix trading platform has remained the same – it offers MT4, MT5, Dualix Trader and MT5. Dualix Demo account and regulated leverage up to 1:30 are at your disposal.
MetaTrader is a trusted trading platform. Trading terms are still regulated so you might think they cannot cause any harm. You cannot withdraw your money from unregulated schemes.
Dualix Deposit/Withdrawal Procedures and Fees
Dualix requires a minimum deposit of 250 EUR. The company also allows for multiple payment options, including:
- Bank transfer
- Visa/MasterCard
- PayPal
- Skrill
- SOFORT
- iDEAL
- Giropay
- Bancontact
For withdrawals, the same options are available.
The broker charges minimum $7 per lot and maximum $12 per lot plus spreads, bank fees and bank fees.
Dualix will offer a bonus on your deposit, but it could impact your withdrawals as you have to repay it unspecified number of times.
What are the different types of Dualix accounts?
Dualix claims it offers six different types of accounts. Here’s the complete list:
- Basic – min. Deposit of 250 EUR, leverage 1:30; spreads starting at 3 pip, fixed;
- Bronze – 1,000 EUR, leverage 1:5, spreads starting at 0.1 pip + 10 EUR/lot
- Silver: 2,500 EUR, leverage 1:5, spreads starting at 0.1 pip and 10 EUR/lot
- Gold: 5,000 EUR, leverage 1:5, spreads starting at 0.1 pip and 10 EUR/lot
- Platinum- 25,000 EUR leverage 1:30 spreads starting at 0.1 pip +7 EUR/lot
- Premium – 50,000 EUR, leverage 1:5, spreads starting at 0.1 pip and 5 EUR/lot
250 EUR is more valuable in your wallet than it is in Dualix’s hands since the broker was exposed. Leverage seems to have remained below the legal limit of 1:01. However, 3 pipips is too high and will not yield any profits.
