Is Axiory a Scam Broker?

Axiory, a trading brand, is managed by two offshore entities: AxioryGlobal Limited from Belize and Tradit Limited from Mauritius. We are not relieved that these domains are offshore.

The Axiory regulation can’t be considered legitimate. The warnings made by Japanese and Romanian regulators against the broker confirm that Axiory is not authorized to operate in these countries.

Romania is a member of the European Securities and Markets Authority. This means that the European Securities and Markets Authority rules apply. Axiory does not follow these rules and cannot offer services within the EEA area.

Even worse, traders complained about the broker and claimed they had withdrawal problems with Axiory.

Axiory claims it offers the best conditions and tools for trading Forex and CFDs. Axiory does not have a valid trading licence, so regulators have issued warnings about the broker.

This is the problem with Axiory. The broker doesn’t meet the ESMA criteria to be allowed to operate in Europe. This is why the Romanian warned him.

We also found another warning against Axiory from the Japanese FSA, an established Tier 1 regulator. Axiory is not allowed to operate in Japan or Europe, and certainly not in the United States.

• Stocks: Boeing, Apple, Nike…;
• ETFs.

Axiory Trading Accounts Review

Axiory offers five different retail account types:

• Nano: 10 $, leverage up to 1:400, spread from 0.2 pips, commissions 6 $ per lot;
• Standard: 10 $, leverage up to 1:400, spread 1.2 pips, zero commissions;
• Max: 10 $, leverage up to 1:777, spread 1.8 pips, zero commissions;
• Tera: 10 $, leverage up to 1:400, spread from 0.3, commissions 6 $ per lot;
• Alpha: MT5, leverage 1:1, commissions from 1.5 $ per lot.

The only exception to the Alpha account is that all account types include a swap-free Islamic version. Tera & Alpha have MT5 trading platform, while all other accounts offer MT4 or cTrader.

The leverage caps at Axiory are quite high. They don’t comply with ESMA rules – 1:30 limit for retail clients. This limit is there for a reason. High leverage is dangerous and can lead to huge losses.
