Is CloseOption An Unlicensed Binary Options Broker?

CloseOption is a Georgia-based binary options brokerage. The company must have a license issued by the National Bank of Georgia. They claim they have one and even provide us with a license number.

We found no trace of Organic Tech LLC, the owner of the brokerage or the CloseOption number on the bank’s website. Both are not found in the web search, which suggests that the firm is unregulated.

Furthermore, the official EU watchdog ESMA, prohibited binary option trading in 2018. This was due to the high risk nature of this investment. CloseOption continues to solicit European investors despite this ban.

CloseOption, a Georgia-based binary options broker, operates without a license. Due to illegal activities, the company was shut down in the USA.

CloseOption Trading Assets

This broker allows you to trade binary options and Forex assets. While it’s unclear whether you can trade binary options on any asset other than currency pairs, we know nothing more. There are no commissions, fees or leverage.

It’s risky to venture into unknown territory with an unlicensed broker. This is how people often lose their hard-earned cash.

CloseOption Trading Account Types

There are not any CloseOption account types. The company has chosen to open a single account and requires a $5 minimum deposit. The website states that you can only invest $5 but that you must trade at a minimum of $1.

We did find mentions of Diamond and VIP accounts, but we didn’t see any details. Although it says that upgrading will give you more perks, we have not seen any list. It sounds like a way to get more money.

Every day new scam brokers and trading bots appear on the web with only one goal – to steal your money. We have already exposed some of them, for example – Tradereview, InvestCore, EduTrend.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!

A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.

By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.

However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
