Broker HeinerFX must be licensed and authorized. But HeinerFX regulation should not be a cause for celebration. You expect them to comply with FCA regulations as a UK-based business. And, of course, to follow ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority).

This is a poor offer from a UK-based broker. It’s even more suspicious when you find out that the company name is HeinerFX but they don’t offer FX pairs.

Another mystery is the HeinerFX account types. There are four account types for gold investments. The main differences are due to leverage and unclear conditions. These accounts include:

• London gold;
• T+D Gold;
• Paper gold;
• Physical gold.

A lack of minimum deposit requirements is another important point. This is yet another sign that the broker wants to extort as many money as possible. With a leverage of up to 1:100 your account balance is at extreme risk. They can even trick you with manipulative trading platforms.
