Is UltraPrimeFX a Scam Broker?
First, let’s analyze UltraPrimeFX regulation. No license number or company name. The broker left an address, so we started there.
London, UK? If UltraPrimeFX was a genuine UK-based broker there would be data on the brokerage in the register of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The FCA is known for its strict regulation and zero tolerance for fraud. It is one of the most respected financial market watchdogs. It’s a bad sign if a broker says they are based in UK, but their name is not on the FCA register.
UltraPrimeFX, therefore, is not a legitimate forex broker. Rather, it’s a cyber training scam and you should stay away from it.
We recommend that you choose a broker who is regulated by the FCA or a service provider that complies with the regulations of the European Securities and Markets Authority. If you are from the US, ensure that your broker is registered both with the CFTC as well as the NFA.
UltraPrimeFX Trading Assets
UltraPrimeFX offers five different trading asset classes:
- Forex currency pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, AUD/CAD…
- Indices: S&P500, FTSE100, DOW30…
- Commodities: gold, crude oil, wheat…
- Shares: Apple, Microsoft, Coca-Cola…
- Crypto: BTC, ETH, LTC…
Every day new scam brokers and trading bots appear on the web with only one goal – to steal your money. We have already exposed some of them, for example – MBChains, FXP360, Enduring Markets.
UltraPrimeFX’s Trading Accounts
UltraPrimeFX offers several accounts such as:
- Beginner: 250$, spreads from 2 pips, zero commissions;
- Advanced: spreads from 1.2 pips, zero commissions;
- Pro: spreads from 0 pips, commissions 3.5 $ per lot;
It’s a little suspicious that UltraPrimeFX did not disclose the deposit minimum requirements for Advanced and Pro accounts. All accounts have a maximum leverage of 1:1000.
Here’s proof that UltraPrimeFX UK is not a legitimate broker. The FCA has imposed a maximum leverage of 1:30 for retail clients. High leverage can be extremely risky and result in significant losses.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
