Is AKO Markets an Unregulated Brokerage?
Ako Markets is an anonymous trading company. We don’t know anything about the headquarters or owner, nor do we have the Terms and Conditions. Instead, you’ll see error 404.
We did our research just in case. We searched for AKO Markets regulation in the UK FCA, Australia ASIC, Spanish CNMV and other Tier 1 databases. Our search returned no results, as you can already guess. This firm is yet another financial scammer that lures victims into a scheme.
The leverage they offer is a proof of this. The EEA zone has a limit of 1:30. This limit is the same as the limit in Australia and the UK. AKO Markets can offer up to 1:200. This is a direct violation of regulatory rules and shows that the firm cannot be licensed.
AKO Markets Warnings
The Dutch regulator AFM issued an official warning in November 2022 against the AKO Markets scam. This brokerage is suspected to be a boiler room so customers should avoid it.
This warning was also republished in Belgium. Another EU member state. This shows that we are on the right track and AKO Markets can’t be trusted.
Choose only trustworthy and reliable brokers. You can read about the best ones in our article Best online brokers in 2023.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
