Is Bein Markets a Regulated Broker?
Bein Markets is a brand owned by Royal Etp LLC. It was founded in Saint Vincent and Grenadines. The company claims that its headquarters are in Kuwait.
The Central Bank is the official authority that issues Forex trading licenses to Kuwaitis. Yet, Bein Markets regulation is not to be found. SVG does not license Forex brokers so it is a convenient place for business incorporation.
The brokerage claims to have been authorized by CySEC and ASIC, CMA and VFSC. We were unable confirm this. Their Royal Group Holdings was not found. Royal Financial Trading Ltd was found with CySEC and ASIC, but they only manage OneRoyal. We also found beinmarkets.eu with CySEC license. However, the brand belongs Leverate Financial Services Ltd, and it is no longer in operation.
The firm does not comply with ESMA’s leverage limit of 1:500. Since both limit leverage to 1:30, CySEC and ASIC can’t authorize it.
Bein Markets is a brokerage that claims several regulations, such as ASIC, CySEC and VFSC. None of these regulations can be confirmed.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
