Is Brokers Park a Scam Broker?
Brokers Park Ltd is the company behind this shady brokerage. It is located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This is bad news from the beginning.
SVG is an off-shore domain that has a poor tax system and lax financial market rules. This makes it a popular target for scammers. SVG’s Financial Services Authority, (FSA), does not regulate Forex trading markets like the European Securities and Markets Authority.
This is even stated explicitly on the FSA website. It means that the Brokers Park regulation was fake. This provider isn’t licensed to offer Forex trading services, and that’s a big problem.
This broker could scam you and cause you to lose your entire funds in an instant. We recommend a broker with a Tier 1 license issued by the likes of the FCA, ASIC, BaFin, CFTC, FINMA, CNMV, etc.
Brokers Park is an unlicensed Forex broker operating from Saint Vincent and Grenadines. This fraudster primarily targets traders from Turkey, Cyprus, and the United States.
Brokers Park Warning
We’ve debunked the lie about Brokers Park being regulated. We are not the only ones to see it. In 2021, the Russian Central Bank warned Brokers Park that it was not authorized to offer trading services in Russia. We must also pressure other financial watchdogs for warnings.

Brokers Park Reviews – Traders’ Experience
We were correct to warn you about the risks that this broker is not regulated. On WikiFX WikiFX we found a complaint from a US trader against the broker.
Fair warning: You should not trade with unregulated entities. Please bear this short review in mind when searching for a broker.
Friends, please be sure to stay away from these companies without any regulatory licenses. I have been scammed by such companies before, so I hope everyone can be vigilant and not scammed.

Brokers Park Trading Accounts
Brokers Park offers three different account types:
- Standard: 100 $;
- Pro: 2,500 $;
- ECN: 10,000 $.
Each one of these has a maximum leverage of 1:200. Extremely high leverage, such as that offered by Brokers Park, can lead to large losses. This is why ESMA and other onshore regulators have imposed a 1:30 limit for retail clients.
Brokers Park claims that each account type offers negative balance protection, but we wouldn’t place any bets on it.
Every day new scam brokers and trading bots appear on the web with only one goal – to steal your money. We have already exposed some of them, for example – Tradereview, Aiko Markets, Trustpac.
Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
