Is EduTrend a Legitimate Forex Trading Academy?

EduTrend’s website is so unimpressive that it’s hard to believe. The company won’t let you know what you will get for your money. Other than packages, you can’t access any other information.

The academy is exempt from the requirement to obtain a license. We have come to an issue with EduTrend regulation after we learned from the OSC warning about trading.

Edu-Adu Kft is the owner of this branch, which is located in Hungary. It should therefore be authorized by the Hungarian MNB. After checking their register and other Tier 1 databases such as FCA, BaFin and CONSOB, we found nothing.

Trade is only one aspect of trading. The actual act of investing is quite another. Before you invest a penny, make sure your brokerage firm in your area is licensed. This is the only way to receive assistance from the Financial Ombudsman, and possibly get compensated.

EduTrend is a Hungarian-based trading school. Canada has issued a warning about the company actually offers to trade.

EduTrend Warnings

The Ontario Securities Commission inserted edutrend.net into the list of fraudulent broker on February 24, 2023. The firm was not registered in Ontario to trade in securities.

It’s a scam. A fake broker will register as an academy in order to avoid licensing issues and ask for the same deposit. They convince you to practice trading with your mentor, while taking more money and investing it in market.

Do not fall for the EduTrend scam. You can find educational materials from many legitimate brokers. Many legitimate academies are available to offer education.

Choose only trustworthy and reliable brokers. You can read about the best ones in our article Best online brokers in 2023.

EduTrend Packages Differences

There are four EduTrend packages available:

  • Beginner: 250 EUR
  • Intermediate: 500 EUR
  • Trader: 1,500 EUR
  • Elite: 4,000 EUR

Each account comes with more tools and materials. However, you’ll be able to see a resemblance between broker accounts.

Every day new scam brokers and trading bots appear on the web with only one goal – to steal your money. We have already exposed some of them, for example – Abshire Smith, NuxTrade, Tango Trading.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!

A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.

By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.

However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
