ENS Invest and Lies about Licensing Regulation
This broker’s legal status is a mess. ENS Invest lists all possible regulators on its website. Three regulators were mentioned: the Financial Conduct Authority of the UK (FCA), the IFSC form Belize, and the FSC aus Mauritius.
We checked that last one to confirm that ENS Invest was an offshore provider. It turns out that the fraudster is not even registered in Mauritius. Needless to mention, the FCA databases don’t contain any information on the broker.
Why is it safer to choose licensed brokers?
Do not fall for anonymous scammers like ENS Invest. Instead, trust brokers who have a valid license issued by CySEC, the FCA or ASIC.
Trading is safer when you do this. Negative balance protection is available to protect you in the event of a bad trade. To prevent this, there’s a leverage restriction (1:1). Indemnification is available in case the broker goes bankrupt (i.e. 85,000 GBP in UK and 20,000 EUR in EU).
To ensure smooth operations, licensed brokers must have an operating capital minimum of 730,000 GBP/EUR.
Is ENS Invest a legit broker or a scam?
ENS Invest is a fraudster that claims to be operating in Cyprus and being regulated by the FCA. Scammers target traders from the UK and New Zealand, as well as those from Canada, Turkey, USA, Canada, Turkey, and Turkey.
What platforms does ENS Invest offer? Trade Software
ENS Invest was vague about the trading platform. We found nothing on the website about it other than that there were “mobile and desk versions of the platform.” This is a common practice among anonymous scammers such as this one. They usually offer a simple web-based platform called WebTrader.
The platform is suitable for beginners as it only offers basic indicators and charts. It won’t work for experienced traders. It doesn’t support automated trading, branch optimization, or live market reports. These features are available with Meta Trader platforms.
WebTrader can also be rigged to display fake profits and indicators. ENS Invest can trick you into believing you are actually trading. You’re only really putting money into the pockets of scammers.
ENS Invest Range Investment Opportunities – Trading Instruments
ENS Invest has a broad range of trading instruments. Here is a brief overview:
- Forex currency pairs: AUD/CAD and EUR/GBP. NZD/USD
- Indices – CAC40, FTSE100, DAX30…
- Metals Silver, Gold & Nickel;
- Stocks – L’Oreal, Adidas, Gazprom, NVIDIA…
- Commodities: natural gas, crude oil and sugar…
- Crypto assets – BTC/EUR, ETH/USD, XPR/USD…
We must admit that this is a very nice list. It’s intended to attract potential victims. Before investing, be aware of the broker’s unregulated status as well as shady business.
ENS Invest Fraud Zones – Service Countries
The little fraudster is anonymous and has its favourite countries to defraud people. These are the countries we’re certain about:
- United States;
- United Kingdom;
- Canada;
- New Zealand;
- Turkey.
Majority of them are English-speaking. This financial fraudster has not been dealt with by any regulator. It is up to us and other reviews to make sure that this happens. Please share any useful information that you feel could be helpful in stopping this criminal scheme. We are very grateful.
Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
