Financial Aims LTD Review – Broker Exposed as Fraud

Financial Aims LTD seems very generic and boring. This site has the same content that we have seen thousands of times before: security, safety and the best trading terms. Retail traders such as yourself will not be granted any licenses or other value.

Is Financial Assists LTD a Forex/Crypto Trading Scam?

Financial Aims LTD is owned by a company registered in the UK under the same name. The company is registered with Companies House and has been in existence since 2002. This fraudulent company registered its domain in the GoDaddy WHOIS database on October 18, 2022. The website address and Companies House registry address do not match. They were looking for a fairly reliable financial company and then stole its name. We can tell it’s a “clone firm”.

Moreover, there is no record of financialaimsltd.com in the FCA database, which means that the broker is not licensed. To be fair, we also checked other databases such as CONSOB, BaFin and CNMV but found no results.

The leverage offered by this trading company is our final proof. All brokers in Europe and the UK meet ESMA’s leverage limit of 1:30 for retail traders. Financial Aims LTD provides leverage from 1:100 to 1:500 and directly violates the regulatory regime.

Financial Aims LTD, a broker based in the UK, is allegedly unlicensed by the FCA. The company’s malicious clauses and requirements prevent investors from withdrawing money or receiving monetary benefits.

Financial Aims LTD should be avoided at all costs. You should also file a complaint if you have any doubts.

Where Financial Aims LTD Trading Scam is Mainly Active?

Our extensive research has shown that Financial Aims LTD is most active in the following areas:

  • UK.
  • Lithuania.

SimilarWeb data also shows that there were over 10,000 visitors to SimilarWeb in January 2023, most of them from Russia and Bulgaria. The broker is not licensed and can pose a risk to investor funds.

Are Popular Trading Platforms Available?

Financial Aims LTD provides a basic, proprietary app that is marked with its logo. You won’t find advanced features or tools, other than trading history. And of course the set of charts and indicators matches TradingView, a free charting system.

MT4, MT5, cTrader, and MT5 are third-party platforms that offer the greatest number of TAs. They also have social trading features and trading bots. MetaQuotes Ltd allows you to test their platform directly from their website, so you can compare it with Financial Aims LTD. This will instantly show you the difference, and you can quit relying on this broker.

Does the Broker Have a Mobile App?

The company has also created a mobile app. It can be used on both Android and iOS devices. It has basic features, but nothing more.

What trading assets does Financial Aims LTD offer?

The firm has access to five major asset categories, including:

  • Currency pairs: EUR/USD. GBP/NOK. AUD/SEK.
  • Commodities – gold, silver, palladium.
  • Indices – DJIA, FTSE100, S&P500.
  • Shares Tesla, Intel and BMW.
  • Cryptocurrencies – BTC, LTC, USDT.

Despite the wide variety of options, it is important to remember that if anything goes wrong, you can’t file a complaint with Financial Ombudsman nor get compensation through FSCS.

Spreads and Commissions at financialaimsltd.com

Spreads are solid, starting at 0.6 pips for the EUR/USD benchmark. Other fees are claimed to be low, but are not listed anywhere. Scam brokers offer investors unbelievable offers to lure them in. After making a deposit, you will soon realize that your entire deposit has been stolen.

Differences Between Trading Accounts

Let’s look at the four Financial Aims LTD accounts and how they differ.

  • Bronze – 1,000 EUR.
  • Silver – 5,000 EUR.
  • Gold – 20,000 EUR.
  • Black VIP – 100,000 EUR.

Each account can bring more tradable assets and webinars, as well as lower commissions. It is important to note that micro accounts can be opened by licensed brokers starting at $10. In comparison, Financial Aims LTD’s minimum deposit is significant.

Is Financial Aims LTD Demo Account Available?

Only real accounts are offered by the company. You will need to pay a fee to test their proprietary system. It won’t be cheap, as you can see by the account types.

Financial Aims LTD’s demo account is not available. There is a good reason for this. They don’t want to let you test the system lest you discover that everything they tried to sell over the phone was a huge lie to get you into a scam.

How Do I Withdraw Money From My Financial Aims Ltd Account?

The broker states that he provides the following withdrawal options:

  1. Wire transfer takes 3-5 banking days.
  2. Credit/debit card – Up to 24 hours.
  3. Cryptocurrency- Instant after 3 confirmations or up to 24h.

The company has several malicious clauses that prevent you from getting your money back. You will need to trade 40x every 1 EUR/USD you get if you accept bonuses. If you receive a bonus of 500 EUR you must trade 20,000 EUR in order to be eligible for a withdrawal.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!

A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.

By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.

However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
