FXrally: Legitimate Broker or Scam?

FXrally, which is allegedly run by Giant Solutions LTD from the British Virgin Islands (BVI), is an offshore provider. Is the FXrally regulation secure enough?
This is not true, as the company that runs this monkey business isn’t even registered with BVI regulator, FSC. Even if they were, offshore domains don’t have the credibility to be considered secure. Plus, most of them don’t regulate FX markets.

Therefore, we recommend that you find a Tier-1 licensed broker who operates under strict supervision of the European Securities and Markets Authority(ESMA), UK’s FCA, or Australia’s ASIC.

If you are from the US, ensure your broker is properly registered with the appropriate authority to oversee its sector (NFA CFTC SECEC FINRA etc. ). Choose only trustworthy and reliable brokers. You can read about the best ones in our article Best online brokers in 2023.

FXrally, a scam broker based in the British Virgin Islands, is not licensed. The con artist has been swindling traders from Canada, Australia, Germany and Bangladesh since November 2, 2021 by offering CFD, FX, and crypto trading.

FXrally Accounts

FXrally has three trading plans, not accounts. It is basically the same thing. The only difference between them is their minimum deposit. All other options are bogus.

FXrally

As you can see: Start – 250 EUR, Advanced- 5,000 EUR, Expert – 20,000 EUR.
Regarding commissions and spreads. FXrally has not clearly stated its trading conditions. Spreads, leverage and commissions are unknown. This is another reason to be wary of this scammer.

FXrally charges $100 if a trader wants to close their account but has not made at least 20 trades. After 30 days, a $100 inactivity fee is charged.

FXrally Reviews – Share Your Experience

Trustpilot is next. FXrally currently has 26 negative reviews. Trustpilot warned us that there were “numbers of fake reviews”. These reviews were then removed.

This one complaint was made against the broker. The user was required to prove that he/she had not been scammed.

Chargeback Is Your Solution!

A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.

By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.

However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
