Is InsiderMark A Licensed Broker?

InsiderMark is anonymous. The fake website of the broker did not disclose the name of company that’s supposed to run this brokerage..

InsiderMark’s regulation is thus left in the dark. We dug into the Terms & Conditions to find something suspicious. InsiderMark appears to be an offshore broker based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

That’s bad news since SVG is basically an unregulated domain when it comes to Forex trading. SVG’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) does not issue Forex trading licenses. InsiderMark is not in the FSA database.

We recommend that you avoid offshore scammers and find a legitimate broker who is regulated by Tier1 authorities, such as the FCA. ASIC, BaFin. IIROC. CFTC. etc.

The European Securities and Markets Authority, or ESMA, is a great regulator. Ensure that your broker is ESMA-authorized.

InsiderMark, a Saint Vincent and Grenadines-based online trading scam, has no trading license. This fraudulent platform targeted mainly traders from Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

Reviews of InsiderMark

InsiderMark has few reviews, which is not good for its reputation. We did, however, find one complaint about the broker on Trustpilot.

InsiderMark’s Trading Accounts

InsiderMark included four types plus three managed account options:

• Explorer: 500 $
• Basic: 2,500 $
• Silver: 10,000 $
• Gold: 50,000 $

InsiderMark’s managed accounts charge from 75,000$ and 150,000$ to 250,000$ plus an advisory fee based on the type, ranging from 0.5%-2.5%.

Despite InsiderMark posting 500 $ as the minimal deposit, the broker’s FAQ section claims otherwise. There, the financial swindler says that the minimum deposit is 250$. This disparity is alarming.
