Tolentino Review – See Why tolentinoinvest.org Is a Trading Scam
Tolentino Regulation and Safety of Funds
Tolentino claims that it is regulated by several reputable and strict regulators – the FCA, CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC(Australia), IIROC [Canada], FI (Sweden) and IFSC (“Belize”) as well as the offshore regulator of Mauritius. This broker is based in the UK. Tolentino, however, stated in its Terms and Condition that it follows Vanuatu laws.
We found several companies that had a similar name, but none that were exactly matching when we searched the FCA register. These companies also provided different contact information and domain names. Tolentino didn’t appear to be regulated either by any other regulators that it mentioned. This means that this broker has clearly lied about the most essential element of every broker’s offer, licenses. Scammers would do this, but no legitimate broker would.
If you want to ensure that your broker is compliant with all laws and will treat you fairly, we recommend you find a UK-regulated broker. To prove they are not using client money for their own ends, brokers must keep client money in separate accounts managed by third parties. They also have to maintain a minimum operational capital in excess of EUR730 000 to show financial stability. All brokers are required to participate in the Financial Services Compensation System (FSCS), which guarantees that if a regulated brokerage becomes insolvent, their clients will receive a compensation up to £85 000, depending on how large their investments. Retail clients are also protected against a negative balance. This means that you cannot lose more money than what you have in your account.
Tolentino Trading Assets
Tolentino provides access to many markets, including Forex, stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, stocks and ETFs. It is not worth putting your money with scammers simply because they have a decent selection of markets. There are many legitimate brokers that can provide the same service.
Every day new scam brokers and trading bots appear on the web with only one goal – to steal your money. We have already exposed some of them, for example – BinaryMate, Brokers Park, Enerixinvest.
Tolentino Maximum Leverage
Tolentino provided maximum leverage of as high as 1:100 for Forex majors and volatile assets such stocks and indices. This is yet another proof that they cannot be regulated in any jurisdiction they mentioned.
High leverage trading means you take a greater risk. It allows you to make more offers, which could lead to bigger profits and even bigger losses. The authorities in different countries have set leverage caps to limit what leverage retail traders can access. Retail traders cannot get more than 1:30 on Forex majors from Australian and UK brokers. A broker who promises higher rates and claims to be regulated is lying.

Tolentino Deposit and Withdrawal
Tolentino accepts only deposits in Bitcoin or Tether. The more you look into scam brokers, the more likely you are to find a clear preference towards crypto deposits. These brokers accept only crypto payments and do not offer any alternatives.
This is because these transactions are anonymous and irreversible. You can not track your payments to anyone, or get a chargeback. This payment method should only be used if you’re 100% certain that you can trust the person you are paying.
Tolentino requires a $150 minimum deposit. It might sound appealing at first, but it’s not bad when you consider that scammers often ask for extremely high minimum deposits. It is, however, not particularly great either. Many brokers are licensed and will let you trade with much less, sometimes as low as $5.
Chargeback Is Your Solution!
A chargeback is the retroactive cancellation and refund of a charge made using your credit card, wire transfer or some other payment methods.
By putting together a compelling chargeback strategy from beginning to end, victims of online fraud have a relatively high probability of recovering some of all of their funds lost.
However, using a trustworthy service such as MyChargeBack is critical in this endeavour as a typical chargeback process can often be complex and drawn out without the right guidance.
