Is TrendinGAP a Scam Broker?

Since TrendinGAP states that their headquarters are in London, UK they fall under FCA’s jurisdiction. The agency is considered a Tier-1 regulatory body in the industry. The UK has one of the strictest financial frameworks in the world, and the FCA implemented a number risk-mitigating restrictions.

There is a minimum balance of £730000 and a compensation of £85000. A maximum leverage of 1:30 is another important safety measure. FCA also requires negative balance protection and client fund segregation. Bonuses are prohibited. All transactions are required to be transparent.

TrendinGAP is not only a scam in the UK. TrendinGAP, due to its widespread nature, should be able to obtain additional licenses in other jurisdictions. In the EU, regulators have similar requirements. The EEA takes it a step further and also requires MiFID regulations.
